How to configuer dansguardian white- /blacklists?

lines can hold domains with following rules
* only domain names (www.google.com, ...) are allowed (no urls: www.google.com/accounts, no protocol at the beginning: http://,...)
* blacklist line can hold a ** (two asterisks) which blocks all domains
* line can hold a toplevel domain with a dot in front (.com, .it, .at, ....)
* line can hold a domain which blocks the domain an all its subdomains (google.com -> www.google.com, sites.google.com, .....)

examples:
.com (white- / blacklist the all domains with .com as toplevel domain)
google.com (white- / blacklist google.com and all it subdomains, for example www.google.com, sites.google.com, ....)
www.google.com (white- / blacklist www.google.com and all it subdomains)

example for the blacklist:
** (blacklist all domains)

white- / blacklist example:

whitelist:
google.com

blacklist:
**

behaviour:
all google.com subdomains are allowed
all other domains are blocked
