With the current database format which will be used by postgrey it may happen from time to time in some circumstances, that the database file gets corrupted.

You can solve the problem by logging into the firewall and starting the following commands:

/etc/init.d/postgrey stop

rm /var/spool/postfix/postgrey/*

/etc/init.d/postgrey start
