OpenVPN does not push routing information to clients after i changed some

Every change to the configuration for a single user which does also affect other users requires the OpenVPN server to be restarted. Clients will reconnect automatically after a timeout.

Changes with the openvpn server configuration must be pushed to the clients during connect. Therefore a reconnection is needed.
